TAKU NOGUCHI
Early in my career, I made a pivot from social services in New York City government to the trading floor of Goldman Sachs. People often asked me, "How did you make that change?" At the heart of it, I believed it was possible. That's not to say it was easy. And change didn't occur overnight. I made a long series of small steps - and missteps. I faced lots of rejection. I wrestled with feelings of self-doubt, uncertainty, and fear. But I adapted and persisted, and eventually I found an open door.
Since then, I've navigated many more pivots, each time encountering similar challenges in different forms. Somewhere along the way, I realized that there is a method to making a pivot. I came to understand how the right strategy, structure, and support can make all the difference in reaching your goals. I came to appreciate the life changing magic of this process. That is why I became a career coach.
As a coach, I support people on their own career journeys, and use my insights and perspectives to meet their unique needs. If you wish to take bold steps and uncover new possibilities, I would be honored to support you in bringing your vision to life.
