STEVE TRAINOR

I am passionate about helping leaders and organizations transform and achieve their highest goals and dreams. My background as a career military officer, university professor, and executive development professional provides me with a diverse perspective on growth, performance and leadership and real compassion for the lived experiences of people. In my most recent role as an internal coach, facilitator and mentor to Google senior leaders, I gained new insights on the challenges of growing, adapting and surviving in a complex and ever-changing world.

As I reflect on all of those experiences, I realize that I am rewarded most by 1:1 and small group interactions where relationships are built, the beauty of nature is shared and the paradox of being more deeply human is discovered. I think you'll find that what I love to do and what I'm really good will help you achieve your career goals and aspirations.

Fun Fact: I recorded my first (and only) album track at age 16 with my high school marching band. While my musical talent peaked at the same time, my love of rhythm, melody and harmony has never ceased.
